In The Dark S1 E1

Jude Walker got a call from Jane about a prison transport vehicle that had had an accident with all the prisoners it was transporting, including the driver, all dead. Jude pulled over close to an officer's car. He edged close to the scene noticing that the prison vehicle was upside down in the middle of the road with all the prisoners it was transporting lying dead beside the road. Though their faces was covered in blood, he was quick to notice each body had a distinct bite mark on the neck. Jude was the first son of the Walker family, a strong and ancient family of vampires based in the United States, Washington DC. His father was the leader of the vampires in the world, making his family the ruling vampire family. His father had given him the responsibility of keeping the peace and handling official matters around the States. The vampires in United States understood the rule for leaving bodies on the street. Looking at was wrought here today, this wasn't keeping the peace. Who would have been so daring as to leave a trail of bodies down the road for anyone to find.  There was only one vampire who never really did well with rules and never had his fill of blood and that was his younger brother whom he hadn't seen for almost a decade. ‘The vampire responsible for this was going to be dealt with decisively,’ he thought to himself, ‘but first he had to cover anything that was going to expose them.’

He turned to face Jane who inscribed something on her sheet and said, “Send the bodies to the lab for inspection. I must be on my way now to attend to an emergency.”
Jane raised her eyes from her sheet and said “OK Jude, see you tomorrow.”
“Yes Jane, do take good care of yourself.”
He got into his Black Range Rover Sports and left the scene for Walkerville. No one knew what they were. They had evaded human suspicions and had done so quite well. He was so lost in his thoughts that he failed to notice the presence behind him as he packed in front of the Walker mansion. Once he stepped out of his car, there before him was his younger brother all dripped in blood with his eyes glowing red and fangs out.
Jude's eyes began glowing blood red as he said, “Andre.”
