How a four year old saved a blind date by Annyka Dela Cruz

"Here,” she said, handing out a pen she took from her purse, along with the table napkin she took from the container. “Write something about today.”
I looked at her confusedly, trying to decline. But thinking twice, it no longer mattered, since the date was clearly not going well and I seem to be such a bore, maybe its better if I just go along.
I took her pen, along with the table napkin and scribbled the first sentence that came to mind. I give it to her.
She took it gently and read, “I asked my four year old sister if I looked great, she said anyone would like me, so if you didn’t, you would make my cute little sister a liar.”
She laughed and I swear that started it all.
